Description
This video shows SSDPlayer in visualization mode, where the input is a trace generated from a full LLH-FTL implementation in OpenSSD. We added a logging mechanism to the OpenSSD-based emulator, which logs all physical write commands, garbage collection procedures, and state changes to a trace file. The video shows the complex data movement in the full LLH-FTL design with a real workload: the prn_0 volume from the MSR Cambridge data set.
